Apparel Replacement & Return Policy
Specific to the Portal of Hope Apparel Collection
Because each piece in our Apparel Collection is intentionally printed just for you upon ordering, we handle these returns differently than our standard inventory.
1. Our Commitment: Quality & Accuracy
We will happily provide a replacement at no cost to you if your item arrives with any of the following issues:
- Printing Errors: Smudges, incorrect design, or blurry prints not caused by the original art.
- Production Errors: Receiving the wrong size, color, or product type than what you ordered.
- Manufacturing Defects: Rips, tears, stitching issues, or fabric flaws.
- Transit Issues: Orders lost in transit (must be reported within 30 days of the ship date).
2. How to Request a Replacement
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your package. To help us make it right quickly, please include:
- Your Order Number.
- A clear photo of the defect or the incorrect item received. Once approved, we will ship out a fresh replacement of your original order at zero cost to you.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
Because these items are custom-made to order, we cannot offer replacements or refunds for:
- Incorrect Sizing: Please double-check the size before ordering, as we cannot exchange items for a different size once printed.
- Care Issues: Damages caused by improper washing or normal wear and tear.
- Change of Heart: We are unable to accept returns for non-defective items.
