Shipping

We will always endeavor to ship as quickly as possible.

We strive to process in-stock orders within 2-3 business days after the order is received with tracking information provided for all orders.  In-stock embroidery and laser engraved orders ship within 3-4 business days. Please expect at least 5 business days to ship for custom made leather goods.

In the event, that an ordered item is out of stock, we will notify you of this by email and give you an estimated delivery time for the item. If the new delivery date does not meet your expectation, then you are free to change or cancel your order.

We ship within the United States, Canada, and most international locations.

For Canada and International shipments, our price does not include any import duties or taxes, for which the customer is responsible. 

  • Customs duty is a tariff or tax imposed on goods when transported across international borders and are determined by the customs agency within the destination country.  Although duties and taxes are not always incurred, these fees will be collected at the time of delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • For our international Customers, it is important for you to track the status of your shipment as it pertains to duties required for the release of package delivery.
  • We do not accept PO Boxes for international shipments. Please provide a street/civic address for the shipment.

If an order has already shipped, the overall shipping costs are non-refundable.  Duties and international shipping costs are also non-refundable. For international customers, if a shipment is returned by the carrier due to a customer not being available to receive the package, the total cost to ship and carrier return cost will be deducted from the refund amount.  It is the customer’s responsibility to be available to receive the shipment.

We strive for exceptional service to our customers and do everything possible to ensure your package arrives in a timely manner.  Generally, there are no issues, however, we cannot be held responsible for delays by the carrier.

We reserve the right to adjust the carrier ship method selected on the order when there is a significant difference in carrier rate quoted on website to actual carrier rate when shipping.  In those rare occurrences, we will use a comparable or better service shipping method to selected option on the order.
