We use a premium Herman Oak Heritage 1881 veg tan leather, 4 to 5 oz. in brown. Infused with Hermann Oak’s proprietary Oak Guard technology during the tanning process for exceptional weather resistance. Hermann Oak has been producing the highest quality leathers since 1881 and are located in St. Louis, MO. All patches are handcrafted, laser engraved, affixed with an industrial heat activated adhesive/ hat press and added to each cap by our in-house Portal of Hope staff, located on the East Coast.
