Description

Soft and supple Italian leather with a suede softness on the interior.  The leather is beautiful to the touch. The Chosen Leatherwork Premium Italian Leather Tuscania Cognac Zippered Bible Cover, Medium Size is handcrafted using a premium grain leather in Cognac from Conceria La Bretagna.  Tuscania is a beautiful soft-tempered, milled, and high oil content leather. The rustic/rugged leather bible cover features a simple design to serve its’ fundamental purpose – carry and protect. This product is the Bible cover only and does not include a Bible. We also offer optional personalization on the front. The Bible is machine sewn with rolled hems and turned hems.  The leather pull tab is hand sewn and features a tone-on-tone edge paint color.

Please note that given this is bovine (cow) leather there will be texture and color variations throughout areas of the product. Handmade in the USA by Portal of Hope / Chosen Leatherwork.

Bible Size Compatibility (See Sizes Above): The Bible cover fits personal size Bibles in the size range of 5.75″ W x 8.875″ L x 1.75″ Deep (“roomy fit” – Example Bible Type) up to 6.5 – 6.625″ W x 9.5″ L x 1.75″ Deep (“nice fit” / “snug fit” – Example Bible Type 1 or Example Bible Type 2).  We don’t recommend using this for the Tyndale or Thomas Nelson NKJV and KJV Study Bibles that are closer to 2″ deep and 9.5″+ long.  It is an extremely tight fit.  If you need a custom leather Bible cover for one of our other Bible types, please use the Contact Us form for a quote.
